Dim sum is a great option for family outings, but not very solo-dining friendly. 海寶軒 is launching a weekday lunch-only dim sum set course in omakase style! Not only it’s perfect for one person, but also give you the chance to taste various dim sum without worrying not able to finish the whole basket of an item 🙂

The nutrient contents of dim sum varied, but they’re generally high in fats and sodium, hence portion control is important. This set course prevents overeating, but lacks of fibre overall. I would recommend to order a vegetable dish to share!
